Market leading Turbocharger specialist Turbo Technics celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and is marking this landmark occasion in its illustrious history with a special display at Tunerfest Midlands.
Since it was founded in 1981, the company has led the way in turbocharger technology, setting the trend and changing perceptions within the industry with its conversions, upgrades, innovations and designs. Turbo Technics’ many achievements have seen it develop methods and equipment that has transformed global turbocharger manufacturing and increased aftermarket activity within this constantly changing sector of industry.
Owners of vehicles equipped with Turbo Technics upgrades have been invited to bring their cars along to the company’s stand at Tunerfest Midlands to represent its four-decade presence in the performance tuning and motorsport marketplace. Visitors can expect to see a wide range of vehicles, from performance classics fitted with TT’s early turbo conversions, through to more modern, highly tuned vehicles equipped with their latest performance turbocharger upgrades.
On-track, Turbo Technics founder and managing director Geoff Kershaw will be putting his highly developed Ford Focus 4WD through its paces as he competes for honours in round six of the highly competitive Time Attack Championship.
Also look out for the Turbo Technics track session and parade laps, where you’ll see some of the cars commemorating the anniversary doing what they do best around the Donington Circuit.
